BOOKING & COLLECTION POLICY
To ensure a smooth and hygienic experience for everyone, please take a moment to review our collection guidelines:
Accepted Items: We specialize in clothing and shoes only. However, if you have smaller household items destined for an op shop, we are happy to take those off your hands and deliver them on your behalf to save you the trip!
Arrival Times & Traffic: We aim to be exactly on time, but please allow a 10-minute grace period. Factors like traffic or finishing up a previous collection can occasionally cause slight delays.
Morning Courtesy Reminder: You will receive a courtesy message on the morning of your booking to confirm your time slot for the day.
Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. This helps us offer the slot to someone else in your area.
Health & Safety: Your wellbeing is our priority. If you or anyone in your household is feeling unwell, please advise us in advance. We will gladly organize a contactless collection to ensure everyone’s safety.
Hygiene Practices: To maintain safe handling standards, we ask that all items are free of major odors or contaminants. We follow strict hygiene protocols during transport to keep the process clean and professional.
